Palapa restaurant on beach by the Holiday Inn

Anyone know if this place is still here??? Had the BEST red snapper and shrimp here on the beach last year. We are staying downtown this year but we want to come back here to eat if it is still there. Last year someone was saying it would have to move!

Thought I was actually finding out about the restaurant and then the scammer rears its \"UGGly\" head and disappoints me! LOL....

I had them last year. So it is called the Oasis and it is right on the beach in front of the Holiday Inn? I never knew what it was called I just know I ate lunch there almost every day and I have to go there again a minimum of once!

I want to visit some of the waters, security guy at the gate, security guy on the beach, and Lico to say Hi. I am hoping to run into them and bringing some photos for them.

Do you know Samuel the jewelry vendor that carries his stuff in a glass case? He has the neatest stuff...if you see him tell him Kathie from Calif. said hello and that I am waiting to see what he has for me next year. LOL.

I think so...trying to remember.. Does he go by the HI or is he downtown?

I think he goes all over but the majority of the time he is between Las Tules and HI.

I will look for him when I go visit at the HI. Friends of ours are staying there this year. Loved it but am looking forward to being downtown.
