Place to watch Nascar races?

We will be staying at the Vista Playa de Oro from February 20-27. We are BIG Nascar fans and would love to find a place that will have the Rockingham race on. Anyone know somewhere that we could go to have a few drinks, eat some good food and watch the race? Thanks in advance.
