Restaurant On River A Little Outside Of Downtown

A couple of years ago a local drove my wife and I to a restaurant on the river a little out of downtown, I think it was above the tunnel. The place had tables that were set by the river. Does anyone know the name of the restaurant. Is it still there? How do you get there?

Nah, River Cafe and Bistro are IN town on Rio Cuale, right?

This person is talking about a place by the tunnel, i.e., the highway loop up outside of town.

We have only been there for the Mongolian BBQ on Sundays, but could it be La Huerta in Paso Ancho? It is right where the Paso Ancho bus turns around, and it is right on the rio.

I think Moe is right. I think it is the Cuale Paraiso. Is the Cuale Paraiso still there? Anyone been there recently?

You only pass through one other colonia from the Libramiento bridge- Buenas Aires, thencomes Paso Ancho, after that another Ejido community and if you keep going in a few days walking you will reach Mascota and Talapa:)
