There are loads that run the entire gamut. Inexpensive will be Cafe Tekuba. Moderate, Las Polomas Doradas, Morgans. Classy Portobello and several more. Andreas in the Velas is 5 star.

One more thing I forgot, despite what you may have read, we always took our own drinks down to the pool and were never hassled about it. We brought insulated large coffee mugs for mixed drinks, and a little 6 pack size cooler and cozies for beer. In Nuevo, we even saw a guy with a cooler on wheels every day by the pool, again no hassles from anyone. The servers at the pool do get annoying as they are by very regularly to see if you would like to take out a mortgage for a drink.
