Restuarants, post hurricane

Started October 29, 2002 · 3,923 views · 4 posts
Hi everyone. This is not the happiest of times in p.v.r. right now is it? I leave nov. 16. Anyone just get back? How are some of favourite restuarants on the malecon doing? All the establishments close to the ocean must have taken a huge hit. Please let us know so we can all be prepared for what we might find. Hopefully anyone who just returned, did so safely. Must be some story to tell. Take care, Bryan

FYI - Many restaurants on the Malecon and ALL behind the Malecon (on Morelos and Juarez as well as sidestreets) are open! The Zoo, Kaluah (opened the night of the hurricane!), Carlos O Brians - all are open!!!!!!!!!

OK. But l was there yesterday and the area is still roped off with armed millitary guarding the entire area. How does someone get in to eat or party?
