Resturant up in the mountains ????

We are leaving for PV next week and would love to find out some info about a resturant in the mountains. I am sure it is called Carmalitas?? We have been to PV 8 times but have never been to this place. I have heard some stories about the taxi ride.Any info would be helpful!

There is a $5/person cover charge to use the road, but it is applied to the bill. This is a must see place at sunset.

I think it is to park your car because so many people were just coming for the view and not really spending any money. You get it taken off of your dinner bill.
