is it worth it????????
only for the view and absolutely nothing else

went there three weeks ago and was utterlyashamed of taking my guests there

service was if anything half decent
food had the texture of a trunk of wood

and when i brought a particular hygien issue to the managers attention he laughed at me

SO I GOT UP UP AND LEFT !!!!!!!! IMMEDIATELY

please im not in this world to bitch about other people establishments

but this one took the friggin cake

sincerely bruce

A cab ride from the Marival to Le Kliffe will be about an hour and expensive. Although we have never had a problem with the food or service, I will say there are many other great places to dine at sunset that will be closer to you. The Marival is in Nuevo Vallarta. There are places close by that you can dine, unless you want to be downtown. In that case, your trip will be about 25 minutes by cab.
We were there may 11th and will say their bean sopa was fine. Service was ok, but I would not go a great distance for only the Kliff view.

Le Kliff is for DRINKS and the AWESOME VIEW ONLY!!
We have driven down to Le Kliff twice in the last few vists and I plan on going there again. However, the food is so-substandard and expensice that I swear they bribe writers and food critics to give them consistently good reviews.

Warning: Save your money. Have a few drinks - enjoy  the view and move on to somewhere good to eat!
I have to agree that the food is way overpriced!

Ginger :-)
Totally agree. View is unbelievable but food was totally substandard with some of our meals good and others uncooked and bland. We had taken a tour of the place during the afternoon one day just for a look around and decided to book for an alternate evening.

My suggestion is to definitely visit it and look at the view but look for somewhere else to eat.

Here is one pic taken on our touring afternoon from the top of the restaurant
