Do you like Jazz? My pick is always Le Bistro...but depends on when you are going because I know they close during the slow season sometimes...but since they are practically right next to each other...you might first check out both of their websites and see which has food you like the best...or maybe eat dinner at The River Cafe and then mosey over to Le Bistro for after dinner drink, dessert, and listen to the music...then you have the best of both!

My wife and I were in Puerto Vallarta in April and we had dinner at both of these very good restaurants. I particularly enjoyed Le Bistro because of the Jazz live entertainment. I had the Portuguese Shrimp which was outstanding. The River Cafe was also good and had some tables that extended out toward the river.
