Seafood allergies ... sigh

Excellent suggestion!!! I am an ER nurse and have seen many allergic reactions in which the person does not \"remember\" eating anything they are allergic to. Very well could have been a scenario given by Chuck. Make sure she has on hand the needed medications to counteract the allergic reaction.

i woul be more then willing to prepare any meal ( in regards to safety )
for this client
i take great pride ijn the quality and safety of our food
dcross contamination is a big ( no frigginn way ) in my place


feel free to brouse my current menu and please take note

i do not allow any fish or shellfish to be cooked were my other meats are prepared believe it or not......... not even in the same oven to bake
