One of our favorite places to get a bite to eat on our arrival in Puerto Vallarta. A trip across the airport pedestrian bridge with our luggage in tow is worth the great shrimp burritos.

Now, my question. is if the airport location of Tacon de Marlin is open on Mondays? My aging memory tells me that they may be closed on Monday. Does anyone know about Mondays?
