Is is still there, and will i find it anyplace else? Finding this will make my wife and 10 year old son very happy, and then she will let me my buy an authentic team Mexico soccer jersey and matching shorts. So i think this is a very good trade off. thanks for your help. We are heading baack in Nov. thanks M.M.

There are several mariscos vendors on Playa Los Muertos. The first one is where Aquiles Serdan (the first street after the south bound bridge and Molino de Agua) ends at the beach, they make excellent garlic red snapper and shrimp on a stick. You will find probably half a dozen or so more heading south on the beach, I am most familiar with this one as it is closest to the condo. My mouth is watering thinking about it, sitting on the balcony eating garlic snapper and shrimp, it does not get much better than that!

for \"upscale\" (basically meaning more expensive) fish on a stick...try Dacquiri Dicks...one of their specialties along with the lobster tacos I had last Friday night (and mojitos by the pitcher) also have their chocolate creme brulee with chilis....good cracker!

Sorry for the off-topic comment, but this thread reminds me of when I was a very young boy. Our parents would take my brother and me to the amusement park, where we would inevitably see other kids walking along and enjoying some new form of fancy popsicle. Curious as to what they were eating, we would naturally ask our parents what it was. Not wanting to spoil our dinners, and not wanting to hear us cry for not having the popsicles ourselves; our parents just told us that the other kids were eating \"fish on a stick\". In our naievity, we felt grateful that our folks never made us eat such terrible things as these other kids must have been suffering through,
