hhhhmmm. I live on that block, and that is the only restaurant besides Las tres Huastecas on the corner. Jacal has some tables outside, mainly quesadillas, tacos, hamburgers on the menu. The grill is by the sidewalk. Inside is a bar and more tables. It is right across from Andales. Otherwise..maybe on the next block?
