Cooks or Chefs

I am going to be staying in a condo near Paradise Village in Nuevo Vallarta in October with my family of six (all adults). We we wondering if there are cooks or chefs if we decided to stay in one or two evenings and have a good authentic meal cooked. Let me know if you have had any sucess doing this and what the costs are.

Just a thought here, have you checked with the Resort to see about their staff doing something special for you right there in your condo. Check to see who is on duty or off duty while you are there. the could be some aspiring young cooks out there that might want to bedazzle you on their day off, and then you would give them a great review with the management and head chef.... just a thought and idea....
