The best! Benjamin at Dili on Amapas across from the Hotel Tropicana. He has a salon here and also clients in NEw York he works with (he flies back and forth)
Best I have found in Vallarta- great with color, and since most Mexicans have thick hair, it is easier to find a stylist great at thick hair cutting abilities than someone who can cut thin hair, luckily Benjamin excels at both.

I think a hair cut is about 150 pesos, blow dry or styling a little less depending.
Very reasonable, yet not as inexpensive as some places, but then way less expensive than others.

Has anyone had permanent makeup done in PV? Any suggestions where to have this done and should I wait and have it done just before we leave PV?
