Internet Service and Cable TV

What company provides cable (TV)? Is there more than one provider? Is internet service available through the cable company? Is wireless internet service available through the cable company? Thanks, Dean

well there are three internet providors with two has tv service

telmex -www.prodigy.net/
need a phone line

telecable -www.telecable.ws/
need tv service in order to have internet
can get tv service alone
better channel selections

cosmored -www.cosmored.net/
can have internet service alone without tv service
lousy channel selections

i have a regular telephone line
telecable for tv @ 220 pesos/month
cosmored internet @ 296 kbp speed for 252 pesos/month

am satisfied with what i have
good channel selections and surfing the internet..

there are wifi around town

Chico, Thanks for the info. We have a potential tenant for our place in Nuevo who says that where she is staying right now in PV they have internet service through a company called Infinity. Have you ever heard of them? Thanks again, Dean

Yes, I think that would be considered WIFI. I think they call it a EVDO card. Is there a company called Iusacell?
