Telephone Cards

Is there a particular (prepaid)card to buy(that will work with any telephone) to call both the U.S.,Canada & other places in Puerto Vallarta? Many thanks

I got a Foneworld card while I was there in December for 100 pesos it gave me 22 minutes of calling to Canada
