"Party Ship" picture from Golden Crown Paradise

Does anybody know what this is, from a posting on Tripadvisor, someone took a picture from the GCP, this ship looked like an old pirate ship, is this a tour you can take?

Yes,take the night cruise on the Maragallante.We had a blast on there & so did everyone else.Very entertaining,great food & lots of drinks!!!!The view of PV is amazing.Vallarta Adventures staff seem to really enjoy their jobs & make sure everyone has a great time.
