I am going to PV in june 8th to the 15th and plan on diving. I was wondering who, what , where, when, why and how to dive in PV....I hear the water temp is cold then??
how are the costs? the dive people? the dive shops, which is good, bad..etc.
are they very expensive??
any info. at all would be great.
