Fishing in P.V.

Hello I am interested in any help on deep sea,bay fishing and shore fishing that can be done late april to early may .Any suggestions for tackle to bring, good fishing spots and or boats to use will be very muchappreciated. We are staying at pardise village in nueva vallarta. We only have 2 or 3days to fish. Thanks Jay
