Highly recommend Los Veranos Canopy Tour!!!!!

My husband and I returned a couple of days ago from a week in PV (our first time there). Oh, how I miss it...I fell in love!!! Anyway, we did the Los Veranos Canopy Tour and oh my goodness, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend it. I had posted a couple of weeks ago that I was so scared of heights, but I really wanted to do this tour to surprise my husband.

The guides at Los Veranos were amazing - they were SO funny, so patient, so safety conscious, so much fun to be with - I looked forward to seeing them at each sending and receiving point! This tour was SO safe and SO beautiful. I have never seen anything like it! From the time they picked us up, the drive up to the tour into the mountains was breathtaking!!!

Just wanted to share our great experience with you.

That sounds wonderful Jane, can you believe ... only six more weeks, i know that it will feel like an eternity right now... we have a pond just over the road from my office and we have local canadian geese here all winter long, as well as some beautiful swans...

well time to load up and head up the road... so much to do and so little time to do it all in....

well that just plain sucks lol. no worries about snakes now.

Is there really a weight restriction. The web site does mention a weight restriction...... however that is mostly in reference to \"girth\". They only have so many sizes of harnesses.

The guy that was right behind me was (admittedly) well over 250.... BUT he was a weight lifter. He probably had a 36\" waist.

Now... to address the snakes question... I did the Los Veranos canopy tour last week and at the end of the tour there is a bar/restaurant and they have 2 very large pythons slittering around on top of the bar... so technically, YES we did see snakes! :shock:
