Hi there, just got back from PV last week and went on a cruise for 250 pesos on the Serape boat. It took us to 3 places, Los arcos, Quimixto, and Las animas. At quimixto it was 125 pesos to rent a horse and they took you on a long trail up to some falls in the Jungle. Just a suggestion is all! You get to go swimming, and you can slide down the falls also!! Great trail to ride on too, lots of hills and obstacles!

What is the name of this tour, and where would i go to look for this. I want to go to all of these places, and I would like to get some horseback riding in. Seems like a very full day. The waterfall slide sounds pretty cool too. Do you have any more info on this?

You can horseback ride in a place called Mismaloya. I have a friend named Leo who has a stand right when you get off the bus. Just ask for him. He will bring you on a tour up the mountain to the set of The Predator. Really peaceful and enjoyable. He will also bring you through a river and cool off.
You will need a pair of jeans and at least running shoes...not sandals! It takes about 2 hours. If you need more info, let me know.
