Info on Yelapa

Going to PV 8/1 for 8 days an want to go to Yelapa. Does anyone have any info on best things to do (besides diving)? Thought maybe a day trip and fun on the beach etc. How about eating and shopping. We want to experience small village life and culture. Thought about taking the water taxi instead of a tour. Any thoughts on that?

Yelapa´s a great place to visit. If you don´t want to go home, just join the cult that lives there. Just a thought. Puerto Vallarta and area caters to everyone. Peace & Love Man.
