New Years Eve Festivities????

I will be in PV for New Years Eve, and was wondering if there will be any special activites that will be happening on that night. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Thanks The street party on Olas Altas was, for us, by far the most fun. The party on the Malecon was soooooo crowded and the fireworks went on sooooo long that it got wearying. We did the Olas Altas party in 2003 and the Malecon in 2004. We had a wonderful time both nights but I far preferred Olas Altas.

We have been to PV for the last 6 years for New Years. The hotel GCP has a great party as do most. But if you are not staying near town, be careful, it is next to impossible to find a taxi after 6pm. :shock:

Sherry you dawg, i bet it is rocking and nice during the holidays at the GCP... would love to be there sometime during the holidays maybe see you down there some day ... maybe once some \"family\" issues get resolved and we can get down there....

It is great during New Years, the only problem at GCP is that the party is indoors at the Factory. We like to be outside to see all the fireworks at midnight. Not too big of a problem though, we just walk across the street just before midnight.

The fireworks over the bay are unbelievable and pictures just do not do it justice, you are just going to have to come down for New Years and see.
