What is the ocean temperature in the Bay at PVR like in early- to mid-December? And, what are the swimming conditions? Is the Bay swimmable in December?

Been to PV in Dec, Jan, April and July, the water is always warm (obviously very warm in July) and the bay has always been swimable.
