My husband and I did the Rythyms of the Night Cruise, and I would highly recommend it. Lots of partying on the boat, but once you reach Calates (?) it is so peaceful and soothing. Very romantic. Food was buffet style, not the best, but very good. The day cruise would also be a great one for you and your girlfriend. A nice relaxing day, spa facilities, hammocks, etc.
