RE: tour info???

We are visiting PV Jan 18-22...a very short trip :( We will have out teenage kids with us. My husband and son would like any info on deep sea fishing. We would also like info on a good snorkling trip. We are staying at an AI so meals are not important to us. Has anyone gone hiking in the mountains? What about the dune buggie trips? Any info along with pricing would be soooo appreciated. Becasue of our short trip we would like to do our homework at home.
