Releasing turtles?

I have started to hear about tourist being able to release sea turtles into the ocean, I would like some more info on this. We will be staying in old town March 21-28th, would this be going on during this time, how do we sign up, where does it happen? Thanks.

Might be too early for turtles in March. The season is usually June through late October, early November.

Jen star and i let Turtles go each year in January in front of the Marriot. they have a pen by the beach there, just stop and ask the guy, they man the pen all the time. But you are right June - Nov. is the main time.

some of the resorts have their own little sea turtle farms for the guests to release back into the ocean... you will just have to check with them... i know that GCP and the Krystal have had turtles in feb - march for us to release...
