In Puerto Vallarta we went snorkeling twice- at Los Arcos and at the Marietas. The snorkeling at Los Arcos (a bit south of Puerto Vallarta) was good, the whole area around there is wonderful- lush and jungly- gorgeous. But the snorkeling at the Marietas was better. We took a 95 foot whale watching sailboat \"The Bloodhound\" up there. Very well run, the crew is wonderful, the boat is beautful, and you get good food-but if you get sea sick easily watch out for this one.
