Touristo Mexicano bus

While walking along the malecon today we saw a sight seeing bus, we thought it was named Touristo Mexicano. Where would we find out more information - like where it goes, how much, etc.

This post makes me think of how I thought Spanish was spoken and written when returning to my native country from the US (I had forgotten the language in the meantime), I thought cat would be cato and dog, dogo and house housa and so on :-) So innocent...
