Re:trip to cabo san lucas
i agree with buzbye.... cabo is not just across the bay area... Matzalan has a ferry that runs that and it is my understanding that the ferry takes 6 - 8 hrs to travel across that area... but i could be mistaken there... you can always catch a flight from PV up and back.. but like buz says that is more than just a day trip... that is another vacation in my books.... now if you want to see all of this take a cruise that sails out of LA to PV, Matzalan, Cabo, and back to LA... there are three or four cruise lines that are offering such passages.... Good Luck... but i think you are just better off staying Puerto Vallarta this year and then go to Cabo next year if you would like too.....

Hello Fellow Iowans,
We have been to PV one other time but just with adults, we are going to PV 3/13-3/20 with our 13 & 16 year old sons. We will be staying at our timeshare at the Sheraton. Can you suggest anything the boys might enjoy doing.
Thanks,
Jere & Shae
