Yelapa & Majahuitas

this is an excursion offered by holland america curise lines for pv. of course their description sounds great. anyone have any thoughts?

helen - can you provide anymore details on the excursion? were you served a meal? was it an open bar? did it seem like the others enjoyed the snorkeling? i now it will vary but did they pack you like sardines on the boat?

the boat/beach part sounds good but the \"fishing village\" sounds a little dull to me.

Now remember this will most likely be an all day excursion where you will get back to the marina area around 5 - 6 pm... and since it is pretty primative in these areas as suggested, you will only have a couple of hours to clean up go check out the town, grab some sunset time and back to the ship before you set sail....

just some more thoughts.... enjoy your cruise... let us know how the vacation is as a whole too... i am sure some people on this BB would be curious about it....
