The PGA TOUR’s FedExCup regular season will once again feature the Mexico Open at VidantaWorld, taking place from February 20-23, 2025. This marks the fourth consecutive year that this prestigious tournament will be held at the Vidanta Vallarta.
The 2025 tournament will feature a field of 132 professional golfers, including the defending champion, Jake Knapp, who secured his first PGA TOUR victory at the 2024 event. The tournament has also become a significant opportunity for Latin American players, with sixteen Mexican golfers, including Alvaro Ortiz from Jalisco, having participated in past years.
In 2024, the Mexico Open at VidantaWorld boasted a purse of $8.1 million (USD) and attracted a field of over 140 players. The tournament is expected to once again draw top golfing talent from around the world.
