VidantaWorld, the ambitious luxury theme park in Nuevo Vallarta, has officially unveiled Tecuani Beast, a revolutionary roller coaster poised to become the most exciting adrenaline experience in the Americas. Designed to blend cutting-edge technology with high-end entertainment, the new attraction solidifies the park’s status as a global leader in destination tourism.
The Tecuani Beast is a game-changer for the region, marking the first double-launch roller coaster in Latin America. Engineered in collaboration with Vekoma, a world leader in attraction development, the ride features 1,200 meters of track, a top speed of 105 kilometers per hour, and six gravity-defying inversions. Key elements, including a “double roll-over top hat” and 13 moments of airtime, firmly place it among the continent’s elite thrill rides.
The experience is deeply immersive, seamlessly combining high-tech mechanics with scenery inspired by the Mexican jungle, beautifully integrating nature and modernity. The vehicle design itself generated international buzz when it was showcased at the IAAPA Expo in Orlando, drawing significant attention from industry experts for its level of detail and thematic integration.
Tecuani Beast is the centerpiece of the BON Luxury Theme Park, a sprawling 150-acre section of VidantaWorld. The park’s concept, developed by Grupo Vidanta in partnership with industry giants like Mack Rides and Intamin, aims to offer “luxury for all generations.” With 23 total attractions, 25 high-end restaurants, and a new Cirque du Soleil show, LUDÕ, VidantaWorld is cementing Nuevo Vallarta as one of Mexico’s most innovative and exciting tourist destinations.
