The highly anticipated Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica 2025 festival has officially launched its first special event: “The Brunch.” This unique culinary experience promises to redefine the traditional brunch, taking attendees on an imaginative gastronomic journey from the Canary Islands all the way to Puerto Vallarta.
Food enthusiasts are invited to this exclusive event happening this Sunday, July 6th, from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM. The setting for this exquisite culinary rendezvous is the renowned Gaviotas Restaurant, located within the Sheraton Buganvilias Resort.
“The Brunch” will feature the exceptional talent of master artisan pastry chef Alexis García, celebrated as the best pastry chef in Spain, in a special participation. Collaborating on the unique menu for the event are local culinary stars: Chef Lorena Bueno from Numoh, Chef Majo González from Perbacco (both of Puerto Vallarta), and Chef Miguel Salmerón, the Executive Chef of Sheraton Buganvilias.
