In the latest Tripadvisor rankings, Puerto Vallarta proudly secured a place among Mexico’s top ten destinations, landing in the impressive fourth position.
Adding to the accolades, Puerto Vallarta’s iconic Malecón boardwalk has been distinguished as a leading attraction across the nation, ranking second in the “Most Popular Attractions” category. This vibrant and scenic walkway, a central hub for local culture, surpassed numerous other well-known landmarks, highlighting its importance as a must-see location for visitors.
The region’s exceptional culinary scene was also celebrated, with Café Des Artistes once again earning the top spot as Mexico’s finest haute cuisine restaurant. This consistent recognition reaffirms the restaurant’s unwavering commitment to providing outstanding dining experiences for its patrons.
The hospitality sector in both Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit also garnered significant praise; Villa Premiere was acknowledged among the best hotels, securing the 23rd position, while Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit (8th), Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita (14th), and Hotel Riu de Flamingos (16th) also received well-deserved recognition for their excellence.
For travelers seeking luxurious all-inclusive options, Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit stood out in fourth place, with Villa Premiere (6th), Velas Vallarta (14th), Hacienda Buenaventura (16th), and Occidental Nuevo Vallarta (22nd) also earning high praise in this category. Adventure and food experiences in the region were also recognized, with the Los Veranos zipline tour placing fifth among the best activities and the Downtown Vallarta Food Tours coming in sixth, showcasing the diverse offerings beyond relaxation.
