Vallarta Kicks Off Traditional Paseadas de Las Palmas

The much-anticipated Paseadas de Las Palmas tradition commenced on July 26, 2024, in the picturesque Las Palmas delegation, north of Puerto Vallarta. Thousands of locals and visitors from neighboring towns and the United States are expected to gather at the Llano de La Palma Sola for this annual celebration.

Organized by the Ejido Las Palmas, under the leadership of Commissioner Óscar Ávalos Bernal, in coordination with the municipal government, this year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever. To ensure the safety of all attendees, four security checkpoints have been established, prohibiting the entry of glass bottles and weapons.

The festivities will feature live music from popular bands La Antojable and Los Hijos Pródigos, with dancing continuing until 10:00 PM. Food vendors will offer a variety of traditional Mexican dishes, and numerous canopies will provide shade for attendees.
