Puerto Vallarta is gearing up for the highly anticipated return of Vinoma Weekend, a premier festival that elegantly blends fine wines with gourmet pairings. Scheduled for March 5–7, 2026, this year’s edition is themed “Amphoras of the Ocean,” a creative tribute to the historic maritime journeys that brought wine to the Americas. The event is set to transform the city into a sophisticated hub for food and wine enthusiasts from around the globe.
The festival promises an impressive lineup, featuring over 40 prestigious wineries and more than 250 distinct labels from Mexico and abroad. Director Manuel Santana highlighted that the event was designed to showcase Puerto Vallarta as a world-class destination where culinary creativity meets the sea. This year, the festival will host eight acclaimed international chefs, including Renzo Garibaldi from Lima and Jaime Rodríguez from Cartagena, ensuring a truly global flavor profile.
The three-day itinerary is packed with exclusive experiences, beginning with a luxurious eight-course Gala of Flavors dinner. Activities continue with the Vinoma Golf Cup at Vista Vallarta and specialized tastings led by experts from the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles at the iconic Café des Artistes. The celebration will culminate in the “Grand Feast of Wine and Pairing,” a massive beachside party featuring culinary pop-ups, sensory workshops, and live music against the backdrop of the Pacific.
