Riviera Nayarit is set to elevate its luxury tourism offerings with the opening of several high-end resorts in the coming years.
One of the most anticipated openings is Zel, a new brand created by tennis legend Rafael Nadal in partnership with Meliá Hotels International. Scheduled to debut in Sayulita in 2025, Zel will feature 145 rooms and offer a blend of Mediterranean charm and Riviera Nayarit’s serene ambiance.
Sayulita will also welcome ME by Meliá, a modern and sophisticated resort featuring 125 rooms and villas. This will be the third ME by Meliá resort in Mexico, further solidifying Sayulita’s position as a luxury tourism hotspot.
Other notable projects include Milaroca by Belmond, a resort slated to open between 2025 and 2027. This exclusive property will boast 57 rooms, 27 luxury residences, and six restaurants.
