Puerto Vallarta One of the Best Places to Visit in February

In late 2017, Business Insider compiled a list of ‘13 of the best places to visit if you’re planning a vacation in February’ and Puerto Vallarta was part of it. It is included among world renown tourist destinations such as Maui, Rio de Janeiro and Curaçao.

Puerto Vallarta is appointed as “one of Mexico’s premier beach towns with the perfect weather” and the author encourages readers to visit in February, before the spring break season. A picture of Playa Escondida (Hidden Beach) in the Marietas Islands heads the Puerto Vallarta feature. The weather is perfect — mid-70s and 80s on average — and hordes of spring breakers have yet to descend, giving you a little more room to breathe than you’d get in March.

The other destinations include tropical beaches and winter heavens around the world such as Maui, Hawaii; Cape Town, South Africa;  Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Abisko, Sweden; Park City, Utah and Curaçao in the Caribbean.
