Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica 2019

The eleventh edition of the Vallarta · Nayarit Gastronómica will take place from September 29th to October 3rd of 2019 at the Sheraton Buganvilias Resort & Convention Center, this time under the motto “¡Una Historia que Contar!” (A Story to Tell).

During four days, the best international chefs, mixologist, sommeliers and different personalities from haute cuisine will offer showcookings, gourmet workshops, premium tastings, expositions and dinners with wine pairing.

Among the guest, Vallarta · Nayarit Gastrónomica will feature the presence of the Spanish chef Jesús Sánchez, who has two Michelin Stars and three Repsol Suns, the Mexican Lula Martín del Campo and Memo Wulff, representing our destination; as well as some other 30 chefs from different places of Mexico, Spain and other Latin American countries.

Carlos Elizondo and Consuelo Elipe, the event’s coordinators, proudly expressed satisfaction about this event, that started as a seminar, and now has become such an important gastronomic celebration, which takes place in one of the most beautiful bays of Mexico.
