JetBlue launched nonstop service between New York and Puerto Vallarta on February 19, 2022, which will operate four times a week with Airbus plane models A321neo and A320.

With this service that will connect John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK) and Lic. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz (PVR) airport, the US airline is expanding its presence in Latin America, its third destination in Mexico, which offers more weekly flights between New York and the Mexican Pacific than any other airline, JetBlue said in a press release.

“As travel demand continues to grow, we are delighted to launch a new route to Puerto Vallarta and offer our Northeast customers a new destination in Mexico. As part of our growth strategy, we look forward to continuing to expand our presence in Latin American and international reach,” said Andrea Lusso, vice-president of network planning at JetBlue.
